As a part of the gypsy theme, we had Al, the tattoo artist, over at the office. He had the coolest looking hairstyle, and the most wonderfully colorful toolkit. He had some really funky patterns, that the office people happily lapped up. He uses an organic henna mixture in his temporary tattoo mix, and as far as I know, there were no allergic reactions noted. He even asked us all if we had something specific in mind and then he would draw it for us. Happiness! The guy is very good at his work. He owns a tattoo salon in Bandra. In fact, the colorful mural that we all loved so much was done by him for the office. Just how cool is this guy? In the couple of hours that he was there, Al finished some twenty temporary tattoos. Lightening fast. I have never been able to gather the courage to get a permanent tattoo, but I got a temp one, a tiny devil. Loved it! Here are some pictures of the man in action and some lovely tattoos he did for my colleagues.

Wow, he's cute too ;)
The guy who did my (permanent) tattoo was kind of scary looking.
If he looked like Al,it probably would have hurt less :D
Babe! You are wonderful! Thank you for super-promoting me, I love it! I know, did you see the HUGE gap in votes between me and 6th and 5th? OI! Full throttle it is, my baby!
Thank you so much, lover!

Anandi: LOL, sweets, I couldn't agree with you more! Al is kinda cute. And I LOVE his hair.
Laurel, babe, you totally deserve to win. To start with, your height gives you lead. You have the kind of features that reflect light well, and will carry really different looks with relative ease. Plus, you are super-lanky: requisite number one for a model. So, you see, I am riding my bets on facts, not just a fellow-blogger :P
Fun! Henna tattoos are great practice before the plunge!
Any more pics? I love tatts, more into the permanent variety but henna is always good too
Love the fairy/tinkerbell!
Sounds like you had a wild week!
Lover, thank you so much for the sweet comment and birthday wishes. I really was feeling pretty down about moving back (particularly because I know the person who passed me and her reasons for entering the contest and how she's getting votes...long story, we'll talk...).
But with a bit of time to think about it and with your kind words, I know good karma will come! You're wonderful - don't let work get you down! Let's speak soon, love.
xxoxo
